格拉司琼、氟哌利多防治腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心、呕吐的比较

目的 :腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者预防性应用格拉司琼、氟哌利多 ,比较术后恶心、呕吐 (PONV)的发生率 .方法 :择期腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者 12 0例 ,手术结束拔出气管导管和胃管后随机分为 3组 ,A组 :未用任何止吐药 ;B组 :静脉注射氟哌利多 2 5mg ;C组 :静脉注射格拉司琼 3mg ,观察术后 30min ,2 4h ,4 8hPONV及不良反应发生率 .结果 :术后 30min嗜睡率B组高于A ,C组 ,术后 2 4h ,PONV发生率B ,C组明显低于A组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,头痛发生率C组高于A ,B组 (P <0 0 1) ,术后 4 8hPONV发生率C组明显低于A ,B组 (P <0 0 5 ) .结论 :格拉司琼、氟哌利多均能有效防治腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心、呕吐的发生 ,格拉司琼优于氟哌利多

The Effect of Granisetron and Droperidol on Preventing the Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting after Laparoscopic Cholecytectomy

Objective:To compare the effect Granisetron and Dropendol on postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) after laparoscopic cholecytectomy . Methods: 120 postoperative patients of laparoscopic cholecytectomy were randomly divided into group A, B and C. The patients in group A were not given any antiemetic drug, those in group B and C were injected Droperidol 2 5?mg and Granisetron 3?mg intravenous respectively for everyone, then survey the incidence of PONV and also untoward effects at 30?min, 24?h and 48?h respectively after medicating. Results: At 30?min after medicating, the patients in group B felt sleepy. At 24?h, the incidence of PONV in group B and C was lower than that in group A(P<0 01), and that in group C was lower than in group B(P<0 05). At 48?h, the incidence in group C was lower than that in group A and B. Conclusion: Granisetron and Droperidol can prevent PONV after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The effect of Granisetron is better than that of Droperidol.
