| 摘 要： | 目的比较人类脐带血间充质干细胞和骨髓间充质干细胞支持造血干细胞分泌生长因子的能力。方法应用EUSA方法，测定两种细胞分泌的干细胞生长因子（Stem cell factor，SCF），血小板生成素（Thrombopoietin，TPO）和白细胞介素6（Interleukin-6，IL-6）的浓度，并且进行对比。结果人脐血基质细胞和骨髓基质细胞均可分泌TPO、SCF和IL-6等支持造血生长因子。但是相同生长条件下，两种细胞分泌的因子浓度不同。人脐血基质细胞分泌SCF的量（575．7±40．2pg／ml）高于骨髓基质细胞（482．2±17．7pg／ml），而人脐血基质细胞分泌IL-6（469．7±27．2pg／m1）的量（低于同期培养的骨髓基质细胞（935．19±35．4pg／ml），人脐血基质细胞TPO分泌的量（195．5±7．3pg/ml）与骨髓基质细胞（172．2±9．3pg/ml）相近。结论人脐血基质细胞与骨髓基质细胞都具有分泌支持造血生长因子的能力，但是分泌量之间有差异。
