| 摘 要： | 目的探讨男性系统性红斑狼疮患者的临床特点,并与女性系统性红斑狼疮患者进行比较,以提高对男性系统性红斑狼疮患者的早期临床诊断。方法收集2004年1月~2009年9月住院的34例男性系统性红斑狼疮患者和同期278例女性患者的临床资料进行统计学对比分析。结果 （1）在肾脏受损方面：男性患者病变累及肾脏较早,且有较严重的肾功能损害;LN病理类型：男性LN中Ⅴ＋Ⅳ及Ⅴ型所占比例较高;（2）肾外临床表现：男性SLE病人面部蝶形红斑、脱发、光过敏、口腔溃疡、关节炎、浆膜炎、血液系统改变与女性表现相似（P〉0.05）;（3）在实验室检查方面：男女两组病人C3、C4下降,ANA、抗dsDNA、抗Sm、SSA阳性率相似（P〉0.05）。结论男性与女性系统性红斑狼疮的临床表现有较明显差别,临床上要注意男性系统性红斑狼疮患者的早期诊断、及时治疗。
