甘肃平凉市麻风病人及家属专项调查分析

目的了解平凉市麻风病流行情况和防治现状。方法对平凉市现症病人、愈后存活病人、麻风病人家属和密切接触者进行了现场综合调查。结果全市1名现症病人和53名愈后存活病人无新发神经损害,畸残率为47.6%,生活自理者占69.8%,防治知识掌握率为45.3%,继续医疗需求率为73.6%。检查387名病人家属和密切接触者,发现疑似症状者2名,确诊病人1名。结论应进一步加强健康促进、低保救助、畸残康复、疫情监测、经费保障和防治人员技术培训,以保证麻风病防治工作的可持续控制。

Survey of leprasy patients and their relatives in Pingliang City,Gansu Province
