摘    要:目的研究1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)在对抗自由基、细胞因子及维护肺脏组织结构方面对自体肺体外循环中肺的保护作用。方法将12只健康小猪随机分为2组,每组6只:对照组为自体肺体外循环组;实验组将FDP加入体外循环预充液中。两组体外循环均持续2h,于体外循环停机后检测肺组织肿瘤坏死因子—α、肺组织丙二醛的含量并观察术后两组肺组织的病理学变化。结果体外循环后实验组肺组织TNF—α与丙二醛含量明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),肺组织标本的光镜观察显示:实验组肺毛细血管淤血程度,中性粒细胞及淋巴细胞聚集程度,肺组织损伤程度均较对照组显著减轻。结论1,6-二磷酸果糖能明显降低自体肺体外循环术后肺组织自由基和TNF-α的含量,减轻肺组织损伤,对肺组织有明显的保护作用。
