| 摘 要： | 目的分析1996-2010年崇左市江州区疟疾监测结果,评价防治效果,为制定监测措施提供科学依据。方法收集1996~2010年原崇左县卫生防疫站和江州区的疟疾疫情资料和疟疾监测数据,进行统计分析。结果崇左市江州区疟疾发病率从1996年的0.60/10万下降至2006~2010年的0.00,流动人口血检6 030人次,共检出20例阳性病例,均为输入性病例,疟原虫阳性率为0.81%。当地居民发热病人血检107 924人次,未发现疟原虫阳性。结论疟疾防治措施有效,加强流动人口疟疾管理与监测是巩固疟防成果的一项重要措施。
