| 摘 要： | 目的了解深圳地区慢性荨麻疹、湿疹患者的常见致敏原的种类和阳性率。方法总结2004～2009年502例慢性荨麻疹、湿疹患者的皮肤点刺试验（SPT）检测过敏原的结果。结果 502例慢性荨麻疹湿疹患者中阳性者402例,阳性率达80.08%。吸入组、食入组阳性率分别为75.10%、51.59%（P〈0.05）,吸入组、食入组均有阳性的257例,占51.19%。吸入性变应原检测中屋尘螨的检出率最高,而食物组中小虾的检出率最高。深圳地区吸入性变应原与慢性荨麻疹湿疹的关联性强于食入性变应原。结论过敏原检测可为慢性荨麻疹湿疹患者的诊治提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the types of allergens and the positive rate of chronic urticaria and eczema in Shenzhen City.Methods The results of skin prick test(SPT) on the 502 chronic eczema and urticaria cases from 2004 to 2009 were summarized.Results There were 402 positive cases with a positive rate of 80.08%.The positive rates of the inhalation group and the ingestion group were 75.10% and 51.59%(P<0.05) respectively and there were 257 cases positive for both tests with a positive rate of 51.19%.The detect... |
