| 摘 要： | 目的观察异噻唑啉酮消毒剂对冷却塔水中嗜肺军团菌杀灭效果。方法选择某公司2个全年连续运行的冷却塔循环水,加入1mg/L异噻唑啉酮活性物质,间隔不同时间采集冷却塔水进行军团菌计数和嗜肺军团菌检测。结果冷却水消毒间隔时间1、2、3、4和5周以上的嗜肺军团菌阳性率分别为0.00、28.57、40.00、50.00和100.00%。采取的a级行动水平率是28.57%,b级行动水平率4.76%,c和d级行动水平率均为0.00%。结论用1mg/L异噻唑啉酮活性成分消毒冷却水,消毒间隔1周可起到抑军团菌作用,消毒间隔2-5周以上抑军团菌效果下降,需要采取增加杀菌剂添加量。
