拉米夫定联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化疗效观察

目的观察拉米夫定联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效。方法随机选择拉米夫定联合扶正化瘀胶囊（联合治疗组）43例,单用拉米夫定（单用治疗组）40例,治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化,观察疗程2年。治疗前、治疗3月、6月、12个月、24个月分别检测肝功能、肾功能、HBV DNA、HBVM、肝纤四项、B超、尿常规、血常规。结果治疗24个月时2组患者的TBIL、ALT、AST和ALB评分均有明显改善,组内比较,治疗前后差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;联合治疗组和单用治疗组之间比较,（P〈0.05）,影像学检查门脉内径、脾脏厚度指标比较（P〈0.05）,2组疗效差异具有统计学意义。联合治疗组与单药治疗组相比有更好的疗效。结论拉米夫定联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化与单用拉米夫定组相比差异有统计学意义。

Observation on the efficacy of lamivudine combined with Fuzhenghuayu capsule in treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis

Objective To observed the clinical therapy efficacy of lamivudine combined with Fuzhenghuayu capsules on hepatitis B cirrhosis ptients.Methods Randomly selected 43 hepatitis B cirrhosis cases were treated with lamivudine combined with Fuzhenghuayu capsules（combination group） and 40 cases as were treated with lamivudine alone（lamivudidne group） for a course of 2 years.The liver function,renal function,HBV-DNA,HBVM,serum liver fibrosis indicators（HAI、IV-C、PC111、LN）,B-ultrasonic examination,urine routine and blood routine respectively were determined before treatment,3 months,6 months,12 months and 24 months after treatment.Results The levels of TBIL,ALT,AST,ALB were significantly improved when 24 months after treatment in both 2 groups.Internal-group and inter-group comparison showed significant difference（P0.05） before and after treatment.The imaging examination indicators of the diameter of portal vein,the thickness of spleen in the combined group was significantly superiot to that of the lamivuding groups（P0.05）.Conclusions The effect of amivudine combined with Fuzhenghuayu Capsules was significantly superior to that of using lamivudine alone for the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis.
