临床难鉴定细菌和真菌核糖体基因扩增及序列分析

摘    要:目的建立核糖体测序方法鉴定临床难鉴定的细菌和真菌。方法分别利用通用引物扩增细菌16S rRNA基因和真菌核糖体转录间隔区2(ITS2),对PCR产物进行测序,在GenBank中对测序结果进行Blastn等分析。结果21株临床常见细菌和8株真菌测序结果与表型鉴定符合,检测出6株临床难鉴定细菌和真菌。结论核糖体测序可以作为临床难鉴定细菌和真菌的分子生物学诊断方法。
