甲状腺功能亢进症患者药物治疗过程中不良反应临床观察

目的观察抗甲状腺药物的不良反应。方法对640例口服抗甲状腺药物治疗的Graves病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经抗甲状腺药物治疗的640例患者中，32例发生了药物不良反应，不良反应的发生率为5．0％。其中12例发生了单一不良反应，20例发生了两种或两种以上不良反应。不良反应的发生与患者年龄、性别无关，与初诊还是复发无关。不良反应主要出现在开始治疗的3个月之内（65．6％）。不良反应以皮肤反应最为常见，其次是肝功能受损乖白细胞减少。他巴唑较丙基硫氧嘧啶更容易引起皮肤反应（P〈0．05）。结论Graves病患者口服抗甲状腺药物治疗过程中，特别是开始治疗的3个月之内应重视药物不良反应的发生。

Side effect of the antithyroid drugs on patients with hyperthyroidism
