| 摘 要： | 目的了解2006～2009年某院抗结核药物的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2006～2009年医院抗结核药物的用药金额、用药频度、日平均费用及耐药情况等进行统计分析。结果我院抗结核药物用药金额及DDDs值逐年增长,经典的抗结核一线药物DDDs仍具有主导地位,新型的抗结核药物呈平稳上升的趋势。结论我院抗结核药物使用较为合理,基本符合我国目前抗结核药物的发展现状。

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the use of antituberculosis drugs in a hospital from 2006～2009.Methods The Records and data concerning DDDs,DDDC and the use of antituberculosis drugs in the hospital from 2006 to 2009 was collected and analyzed.Results Both the consumption sum and DDDs of the antituberculosis drugs in the hospital increased year by year.The consumption quantity of the classic antituberculosis drugs predominated.Conclusion The use of antituberculosis drugs in the hospital is reasonable and it is in line with the development status of antituberculosis drugs in the country. |
