| 摘 要： | 目的观察旋毛虫感染兔后血嗜酸性粒细胞的动态变化,为旋毛虫病（Trichinosis）血嗜酸性粒细胞的检测提供基础资料。方法将实验用兔随机分组：感染组10只,每只喂入10 000条幼虫;对照组10只。在感染后不同时间检测血嗜酸性粒细胞绝对数。结果感染旋毛虫兔血嗜酸性粒细胞计数升高,于第4周达高峰,随后逐渐降低。结论嗜酸性粒细胞的检测对于旋毛虫病具有辅助诊断意义。 |
