| 摘 要： | 目的分析儿童原发性肺结核误诊原因。方法对82例误诊儿童原发性肺结核病例的临床表现,X线检查,结核菌素试验、结核抗体等检测结果进行分析。结果 82例中气促78例、发热79例、盗汗乏力72例、咳嗽69例、咳痰43例。X线检查：正位片阳性28例,侧位片阳性60例;结核菌素试验：阳性78例;结核抗体检测阳性67例。误诊为支气管肺炎70例、支气管哮喘7例、流行性感冒5例。结论对儿童有气促、发热、结核中毒症状、咳嗽的患者,行X线正、侧位胸片及结核菌素、结核抗体检测试验,是提高儿童原发性肺结核诊断率的重要措施。
