女性泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况及药敏试验分析

目的了解本地区近年来引起泌尿生殖道炎症中解脲支原体（Uu）、人型支原体（Mh）感染情况以及Uu、Mh对药物的敏感率，以例指导临床合理用药。方法采用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏一体化试剂盒对238例女性泌尿生殖道感染患者的样本进行检测，并对药敏结果进行统计分析。结果238例患者中，88例支原体检测阳性，总阳性率为36．97％；其中单纯uu阳性率为23．95％，单纯Mh阳性率为2．94％，Uu、Mh混合阳性率为10．08％。Uu对强力霉素和美满霉素的敏感率最高，均为98．25％，对交沙霉素和罗红霉素次之，均为92．98％；Mh敏感率最高的是美满霉素，为100％，其次为强力霉素、交沙霉素和甲砜霉素，均为85．71％；Uu和Mh混合感染者，敏感率最高的是美满霉素，为87．50％，强力霉素和交沙霉素次之，分别为83．33％和70．83％。结论在女性泌尿生殖道炎症中。支原体检测的阳性率较高，对于单纯uu感染者用药首选强力霉素或美满霉素，单纯Mh感染率者首选美满霉素；对Uu和Mh混合感染者首选美满霉素，强力霉素、交沙霉素次之。
