2006-2009年广西犬只狂犬病毒感染监测

摘    要:目的了解广西狂犬病不同流行区犬只狂犬病毒感染分布情况,为防制狂犬病提供科学依据。方法采集广西14个市的集市所售家犬脑组织,采用直接免疫荧光法(DFA)检测狂犬病毒抗原,阳性者再用巢式逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT—PCR)方法检测狂犬病毒核酸。结果DFA法检测4710份犬脑组织标本,阳性率为7.56%(356/4710),再经巢式RT-PCR法检测,狂犬病毒核酸阳性率为1.12%(53/4710)。2006~2009年广西集市所售家犬狂犬病毒的感染率分别为1.92%(26/1352)、0.92%(16/1728),0.91%(8/881)、0.40%(3/749)。结论广西地区家养犬只狂犬病毒感染率呈逐年下降趋势,个别市区连续几年检测出阳性带毒犬,需进一步加强犬只管理和免疫,有效预防和控制狂犬病的发生。

Abstract:Aim To understand the infection rate of healthy dogs with rabies virus in Guangxi from 2006 to 2009. Methods There 4 710 healthy dog brain simples were collected from 14 cities in Guangxi,DFA and RT-PCR methods were used to detect rabies virus in brain samples. Results All samples were tested and the average infection rate of rabies virus were 7.56% by DFA, 1.12 % by RT-PCR in 2006-2009. The infection rate of rabies virus in health dog were 1.92%,0.92%,0.91% and 0.40% from 2006 to 2009. Conclusions Rabies virus had being found in healthy dog in some cities, but he infection rate of rabies virus among healthy dog had been decreasing since 2006 in Guangxi,it is necessary to strength the dog quarantine and management for rabies prevention and control .
