| 摘 要： | 目的观察甲型H1N1流感裂解疫苗接种反应及其免疫效果。方法对不同组别的健康人群43 648人进行免疫接种,观察接种反应及完成接种后6个月内甲型H1N1流感发病情况。结果所有接种对象均未发生即时反应和严重异常反应,出现疑似预防接种异常反应以一般反应为主,未有出现异常和全身强副反应;完成免疫接种后6个月内随机抽查出现发热伴咳嗽、咽痛等症状86人检测甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸均为阴性。结论甲型H1N1流感裂解疫苗具有良好的安全性和免疫原性。
