摘    要:目的探讨原发性高血压肾病患者血浆内皮素(ET),降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP),血清一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)水平的变化及临床意义。方法应用放射免疫法和化学法对82例原发性高血压患者(其中并发肾病32例,未并发肾病50例)进行了血浆ET、CGRP和血清NO、NOS水平测定,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果原发性高血压肾病患者血浆ET、NOS水平显著高于正常人组(P〈0.01),而血浆CGRP和NO水平显著低于正常人组(P〈0.01)。原发性高血压无肾病组ET和CGRP水平与正常人组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者血浆ET、CGRP和血清NO、NOS水平的变化与原发性高血压肾病的发生和病情发展程度有关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical significance of determination of plasma ET、CGRP and serum nitric oxide(NO),nitric oxide synthase(NOS)levels in patients with primary hypertension nephropathy.Methods The levels of plasma ET,CGRP(with RIA),Serum NO and NOS(with chemstry methods)in 82 primary hyperlension patients including 32 hypertension nephropathy cases,50 primary hypertension cases without nephropathy and 35 healthy controls were determined.Results The pasma ET and serum NOS levels in primary hypertension nephropathy cases were significantly higher than those in Controls(P0.01),but the plasma CGRP and serum NO levels were lower(P0.01).The levels in hypertension cases without nephropathy were higher than those of the controls without significant difference(P0.05) Conclusions Determination of Plasma ET、CGRP and Serum NO、NOS levels in patients with primary hypertension nephropathy was important for diagnosis and lutcome prediction.
