保和丸加减治疗肥胖型糖耐量减低60例临床观察

目的观察中药保和丸加减对糖耐量减低（IGT）人群糖尿病发生率的影响。方法选择无临床症状肥胖型糖耐量减低人群90例,按体检序号随机分为治疗组60例和对照组30例。对照组给予控制饮食及运动锻炼,治疗组在对照组干预的基础上,加服保和丸加减汤,2组疗程均为6个月。观察2组干预后糖尿病的发生率和IGT的逆转率。结果治疗组糖尿病的发生率为3.3%I,GT的逆转率为21.7%,对照组糖尿病的发生率为13.3%I,GT的逆转率为6.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中药保和丸加减对肥胖型IGT患者干预治疗可减少糖尿病的发生率。

Observation on the effect of Baohe pills on 60 obese patients with impaired glucose tolerance
