| 摘 要： | 目的了解广州市黄埔区不同人群的华支睾吸虫病的感染情况及流行特点,为今后防治策略的制定提供科学依据。方法采用改良加藤氏厚涂片法粪检华支睾吸虫卵。结果本次共粪检512人,感染29人,感染率为5.66%;感染人群居民感染率最高,感染率为13.51%,感染人群以大于50岁的感染率最高,感染率为16.67%。结论黄埔区部分人群的华支睾吸虫感染率低于广州市的平均感染率,而高于全国、全省的感染率,应加强对黄埔区居民华支睾吸虫病预防的健康教育工作,改变不良的饮食习惯,提高自我防护意识。

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the infectious status of Clonorchis sinensis in the population.Methods The stool samples were collected from the population and Clonorchi sinensis eggs were detected with modified Kato-katz 's thick smear method.Results A total of 512 people were surveyed and 29 were detected to be infected,with the infection rate of 5.66%.The infection rate was the highest in the residents(13.51%) and the age group of over 50 years old(16.67%).Conclusion The infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis in this... |
