| 摘 要： | 目的对高疟区＂三热＂疑似疟疾病人双重PCR检测与传统镜检法检测的比较,探讨双重PCR应用于临床诊断疟疾的前景。方法在高疟区门诊采集就诊的＂三热＂疑似疟疾病人末梢滤纸血,用chelex-100提取DNA模板进行双重PCR检测,同时与显微镜镜检厚血膜查找疟原虫进行比较。结果在334例疑似疟疾病例的血样中,双重PCR检测疟原虫敏感性为96.1%、漏检率为3.9%。镜检法检测疟原虫敏感性为86.1%、漏检率为13.9%。结论双重PCR在诊断疟疾上比传统镜检法敏感性高,适合于临床实验室对疟疾诊断。
