| 摘 要： | 探讨穴位指压法在纤支镜检查中的意义。方法 :将准备作纤支镜检查的患者随机分为观察组、对照组各 10 0例。观察组病例在作纤支镜检查前 5min及检查时纤支镜先端部接近声门时用右手拇指指腹部在患者内关、合谷、少商、太渊等穴位处作有节律的按压刺激。结果 :观察组 10 0例患者检查过程顺利 ,声门开放情况特效 2 5例 ,显效 4 8例 ,有效 2 2例 ,无效 5例 ,总有效率 95 %。结论 :穴位按压在纤支镜检查中是一项安全有效、方便易行的治疗技术 ,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To analyze the significance of finger-pressing therapy at acupoints in bronchofibroscopic check.Methods:The 100 patiens adopted with bronchofibroscopic check were divided into two groups,which were the treatment group and the controlled group.The every group was 50 cases.5 minute before bronchofibroscopic check and when the bronchofibroscopic approached the glottis,the patiens of the treatment group were pressed rhythmedly at Neiguan(PC6),Hegu(LI 4),Shaoshang(LU 11),Taiyuan(LU 9),et al.Results:In the course of the patiens,25 cases special effect,48 cases significant effect,22 cases improved effect,5 cases invalid effect,and the total effective rate was 95%.Conclusion:The application of finger-pressing therapy at acupoints in bronchofibroscopic check was safe,effective,simple. |
