乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液的预防与处理

目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液的预防和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析该院2005．01～2010-06156例行乳腺癌改良根治术病例的临床资料，分析皮下积液的发生率及原因。结果156例中12例发生皮下积液，发生率为7．69％。所有病例经穿刺抽液、局部置管持续负压引流后均愈合出院。结论乳腺癌术后皮下积液由多种原因引起，唯有术前、术中及术后合理有效地处理，才能最大限度地减少该并发症的发生。

Prevention and treatment of subcutaneous liquid accumulation after modified radical mastectomy operation

Objective To investigate the causes,prevention and cure measures of subcutaneous liquid accu- mulation after modified radical mastectomy operation. Methods Total 156 patients with breast cancer underwent modified radical mastectomy in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed from January 2005 to June 2010. Results Among 156 patients, 12 had subcutaneous liquid accumulation ,the incidence was 7.69%. All patients were confirmed by puncture and drainage, all the patients with subcutaneous liquid accumulation were eventually cured. Conclusion Subcutaneous effusion after breast cancer operation is a variety of causes. In order to minimize the occurrence of complications,it is necessary to make the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative reasonable and effective treat- ment.
