改良带蒂阴囊纵隔皮瓣一期修复术治疗阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂28例分析

目的探讨采用改良带蒂阴囊纵隔皮瓣一期修复术治疗阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂的临床效果。方法对28例阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂患儿采用改良带蒂阴囊纵隔皮瓣一期修复手术。结果28例均获痊愈，尿道元狭窄，无尿瘘，阴茎外形好。结论改良带蒂阴囊纵隔皮瓣一期修复术治疗阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂临床效果好，具有血运好、操作简单和并发症少等优点，可作为阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂手术的首选方法之一，值得在基层医院推广应用。

Effects of improved pedicled scrotal septal skin flap in one stage repair of penoscrotal hypospadias: report of 28 cases

Objective To investigate the clinical value of one stage repair of penoscrotal hypospadias using improved pedicled scrotal septai skin flap. Methods Twenty-eight patients with penoscrotal hypospadias were re- paired by modified pedicled scrotal septal skin flap. Results Twenty-eight patients were cured. No urethra stricture and urinary fistula was found, the penis shape was better. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of modified pedicled scrotal septal skin flap in one stage repair of penoscrotal hypospadias is better,with the advantage of good blood sup- ply, simple operation, and fewer complications, and as a preferred surgical method for penoscrotal hypospadias, it is worth popularizing in primary hospitals.
