丘脑底节区动静脉畸形手术切除探讨

目的探讨显微手术切除丘脑底节区脑动静脉畸形（AVM）的疗效及手术指征。方法回顾性分析4例经显微手术切除丘脑底节区AVM患者的临床资料。术前均有颅内出血，按照Spetzler~-Martin分级为Ⅲ级。术前全部行脑血管造影检查，其中2例行术前畸形血管团部分栓塞。结果无手术死亡病例，神经功能缺损均无加重，复查脑血管造影畸形血管团完全消失。结论选择合适病例显微外科切除丘脑底节区AVM临床疗效较好。

Microsurgical resection for cerebral arteriovenous malformation in the subthalamic section area

Objective To investigate indications and efficacy of the microsurgical resection for cerebral arte- riovenous malformation （AVM） in the subthalamic section area. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical da- ta of the four patients with AVM in the subthalamie section area treated by microsurgieal resection was performed. All cases had preoperative intracranial hemorrhage, Spetzler-Martin grade HI. All cases underwent preoperative cerebral angiography and 2 cases received partial embolization. Results There was no operative deaths, neurological deficit had no aggravated. Following cerebral angiography vascular showed malformation mass completely disappeared. Con- clusion Microsurgieal resection for appropriate cases with the subthalamic section area AVM can achieved better clinical outcome.
