芩暴红止咳滴丸成型工艺研究

摘    要:目的建立芩暴红止咳滴丸的成型工艺。方法采用L(934)正交设计,以滴丸制备过程中熔融状况、成形状况、沉降速度、圆整度、溶散时限为评价指标,对基质与冷却剂进行优选;以滴丸圆整度、硬度、丸重差异变异系数为评价指标,优选最佳滴制条件。结果以聚乙二醇4000为基质、二甲基硅油为冷却剂;浸膏粉与基质比例为1:2.5,60℃条件下加热熔融并保温滴制;滴距为6 cm,滴速为每个滴孔滴50丸min-1,冷却剂保持在15~20℃即可。结论该成型工艺合理、稳定可行、重现性良好,所制备的滴丸符合药典规定,具有进一步产业化的可行性。

Abstract:Objective To establish the forming process for Qinbaohong cough-relieving drop pills.Methods We used L9(34) orthogonal design,the preparation of drop pills during melting,forming condition,settling velocity,roundness,and disintegration time as the evaluation indexes.The matrix and the coolant were optimized for drop pills.The roundness,hardness,weight variation of pills and coefficient of variation were used as evaluation indexes,to select optimum dripping condition.Results PEG-4000 was used as the matrix,dimethyl silicone oil as the coolant,the extract and matrix ratio was 1 :2.5,heated at 60 ℃ and melted insulation dripping;the drop distance was 6 cm,dropping speed for each minute was dripping 50 holes,a coolant maintained at 15-20 ℃.Conclusion This molding process is reasonable,stable and reproducible.Dripping pills prepared are in line with the Pharmacopoeia,feasible for industrialization.
