正畸微种植体治疗安氏Ⅱ类1分类错（牙合）的临床疗效评价

目的探讨微种植体在安氏Ⅱ类1分类错殆矫治中的应用效果，为临床推广使用微种植体提供理论依据。方法选取安氏Ⅱ类1分类错骀患者64例，其中男性32例，女性32例，年龄（22．78±3．26）岁。患者随机分为对照组和实验组，对照组采用口外J钩进行矫治，实验组采用微型种植体支抗进行矫治，治疗结束后，分析两组治疗前后头影和模型测量指标的变化。结果头影测量结果显示两组矫治后的ANB、Ls．E、L1-NB、Li—E、UI-SN、UI-L1、U1-MP、U1-NA和SNA等指标较矫治前均显著减小（P〈0．05或〈0．01），而u6-PP较矫治前显著增大（P〈0．05）；实验组矫治后的ANB、Ls．E、Li-E、UI．SN、U1-L1、U1．NA、U6-PP和SNA等指标均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。对照组治疗疗程为（18±2）个月，实验组治疗疗程为（12-4-2）个月，实验组显著短于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组矫治后覆盖（OJ）和覆黯（OB）均较矫治前显著减小（P〈0．01），实验组OJ和OB均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论微种植体能够有效矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错骀。

Clinical effect evaluation of micro-implant in the treatment of Angle Class II division I malocclusion

Objective To investigated the effect of micro-implant in the treatment of Angle Class H division 1 classification and provide a theoretical basis for clinical promotion of the use of micro- implant. Methods Sixty- four patients with Angle Class H Division 1 Malocclusion, 32women and 32 men, with average age of （22.78 ± 3.26） years old, were randomly divided into control and experimental groups. In the control group, the patients treated with J hook,in the experimental group, the patients treated with micro-implant, before and after treatment, the change of cephalometric and model indexs were measured and analyzed. Results Two groups could take the correction of Angle Class H division 1 malocclusion, but in the experimental group ANB Ls-E, U1-L1, U1-MP, U1-NA, U6-PP, the SNA indicators more well than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 or 〈 0. 01 ）. The control group treatment course was （18 -＋ 2 ）months, the experimental groups treatment course of （12 ± 2）months, in the experimental group was significantly reduced treatment time（P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the index of OJ and OB, the experimental group was better than the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Micro-implant treatment could corrected Angle Class 11 Division 1 Malocclusion well.
