微创拔牙技术在下颌阻生智齿拔除中的应用进展

摘    要:下颌第三磨牙中、低位近中阻生和水平阻生的拔除,是较复杂的牙槽外科手术。常规的阻生牙的拔除手术创伤大、手术时间长、术后恢复慢、患者痛苦大、术后颞下颌关节区疼痛、张口受限和出现干槽症等较为常见。这种状况随着微创拔牙概念及技术的产生得以改善。该文就下颌阻生智牙的微创拔除,微创拔牙的概念和技巧作一阐述,为进一步推广微创拔牙技术应用提供参考。

Abstract:Extraction of mandibular impacted third molars, especially in the middle level or lower level, is complicated in alveolar surgery. The conventional extraction procedure could lead to many complications( for example dry socket) ,and has some shortcoming, such as severe alveolar and temperemandibular trauma, long time in opera- tion, pain, etc. Minimal invasive tooth extraction opens a new era of extraction. This paper discusses the concept and skills of minimally invasive extraction technology, and its application in the extraction of mandibular impacted third molars in order to provide a reference for the further popularization of minimally invasive extraction technology.
