1例食管癌术后吻合口瘘并发混合感染患者的药学监护

目的对食管癌术后吻合口瘘并发混合感染患者的进行药学监护。方法通过剖析临床药师在具体病例中开展的药学监护服务,探讨如何从临床复杂的用药环节和病情变化中选择适宜的药学监护切入点开展工作。结果通过全程的药学监护,及时发现和解决了患者药物治疗的问题,为临床合理用药提供了意见。结论临床药师应服务于临床,与临床医师密切合作,积极开展临床药学监护,协同临床优化给药方案。

Pharmaceutical care for an esophageal carcinoma patient with anastomosis fistula infection after esophagectomy

Objective To provide pharmaceutical care for an esophageal carcinoma patient with anastomosis fistula infection after esophagectomy.Methods To analysis the specific cases of clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical care,and to discuss how to select the proper work of pharmaceutical care point from the process and complex clinical medication.Results Providing pharmaceutical care in time to patient’s helped to avoid serious sequential damage and improve the rationality of the drug treatment.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should cooperate closely with clinical doctors,to carry out pharmaceutical care actively and to optimize dosage regimen.
