| 摘 要： | 目的用体外细胞毒性试验考察尼莫地平注射液的安全性,并考察辅料和有关物质对注射液安全性的影响。方法选用L-929细胞,采用MTT比色法测定不同厂家尼莫地平注射液的体外细胞毒性。结果不同厂家尼莫地平注射液的安全浓度有差异;辅料吐温-80增加尼莫地平注射液的细胞毒性;有关物质合格的注射液的安全浓度高于不合格的注射液。结论吐温-80和有关物质可能影响尼莫地平注射液的安全性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the safety of nimodipine injections and the influence of excipients and related substances by cytotoxicity tests.Methods MTT colorimetry with L-929 cell was used to determine the cytotoxicity of nimodipine injections.Results Nimodipine injections from different manufacturers showed different safe concentrations.The safe concentrations of the nimodipine injections showed difference in different manufacturers and tween-80 increased the cytotoxicity.Conclusion Tween-80 and the related substances may affect the safety of nimodipine injections. |
