| 摘 要： | 目的测定不同产地和采收时间乌药药材中有效成分的含量。方法采用2010版中国药典方法测定不同产地和采收时间乌药药材中去甲异波尔定和乌药醚内酯的含量。结果检测了17批不同产地和采收时间的乌药药材。结论湖南产的乌药样品中去甲异波尔定含量明显高于浙江和江西产的乌药样品,3个地区乌药药材的乌药醚内酯含量差异无统计学意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine effective components in Radix Linderae produced in different areas and time by HPLC.Methods The content of norisoboldine and linderane in Radix Linderae were determined by the method described in China Pharmacopoeia.Results A total of 17 batches Radix Linderaes produced in different areas and time were determined.Conclusion Norisoboldine of Radix Linderae produced in Hunan is significantly higher than that of Radix Linderae produced in Zhejiang and Jiangxi.There are no significant differences in the linderane of Radix Linderae from the 3 regions. |
