食管癌患者手术后血清Ⅳ型胶原含量变化的临床意义分析

目的 探讨食管癌患者血清Ⅳ型胶原(ColⅣ)含量的变化及其与肿瘤生物学特性的关系。方法 应用放射免疫技术测定食管癌患者血清ColⅣ含量变化及手术切除肿瘤对其的影响。结果 食管癌患者血清ColⅣ含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01);行根治性肿瘤切除术后,血清ColⅣ含量显著下降(P<0.01),而姑息性切除术后血清ColⅣ含量下降不明显。结论 血清ColⅣ含量升高是肿瘤源性的,且与食管癌的浸润及转移过程密切相关。观察食管癌患者手术前后血清ColⅣ含量及其变化,对病情估计及预后具有一定的指导意义。

Clinical Significance of Changes of Serum Collagen Type IV Level in Patients with Esophageal Cancer

Objective To investigate the relationships between the serum collagen type ( ColIV) and biological characteristic oi tumor in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods The serum collagen (IV) was measured by radioimmunoassay in patients with esophageal cancer before and after resection of the tumor. Results The content of Col IV in cancer guoup was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.01). Afer resection of the tumor the serum ColIV decreased significantly , especially in patients with radical resection (P < 0.01). Conclusion Serum Col IV is closely related to the tumor invasiong and metastases ,and assay of the serum Col IV may be rsefrl to the diagnosis and follow up of those with esophageal cancer.
