| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨Galectin - 3在甲状腺滤泡性肿瘤中的表达及其对于良、恶性甲状腺肿瘤的鉴别价值。方法 采用S -P免疫组化法检测 19例甲状腺腺瘤、4 4例甲状腺滤泡癌及癌周正常组织中Galectin - 3的表达。结果 Galectin - 3在甲状腺正常组织中不表达 ,在甲状腺滤泡癌最高 ,与腺瘤相比 ,差异有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 Galectin - 3可有效地区别良、恶性甲状腺滤泡性肿瘤。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of Galectin-3 in thyroid follicular neoplasms and the value in differentiating benign from malignant carcinoma.Methods Galectin-3 protein expression in 44 cases of thyroid carcinoma and 19 cases of thyroid adenomas were studied by streptavidin/peroxidase(SP) immunohistochemistry technique.Results The normal thyroid tissues had no expression of Galectin-3,there was significant difference between the expression of Galectin-3 in malignant thyroid tumors and that in benign lesions(P<0.001). Conclusions Galectin-3 can effectivly differentiate the benign and malignant follicular thyroid carcinoma. |
