中西医结合治疗抑郁性神经症的临床研究

目的 观察并研究运用中西医结合治疗抑郁性神经症的疗效和不良反应。方法 选择符合第2版《中国精神疾病诊断标准》的抑郁性神经症患77例,HAMILTON抑郁量表(HAMD,21项)≥18分,随机分为两组,研究组：服中药汤剂加国产阿米替林片,共36例,对照组：选用进口抗抑郁药——百忧解口服。共41例。治疗4周后予临床疗效和HAMD量表评定。结果 研究组疗效肯定,与对照组相似。显效率分别为80．53％、78．05％,研究组比对照组见效快约1周;不良反应两相似,均较轻微,无一例因副作用严重而中途停药。结论 运用中西医结合方法治疗抑郁性神经症有效、安全、廉价,具有广阔的应用前景。

Clinical Study with Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine in Treatment of Depressive Neurosis

Objective To observe and research the curative effect and the side effect of treating depressive neurosis with combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine. Methods 77 cases of patients who met diagnosis standard for depressive neurosis of The Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria for Mental Disease (the Second Revised Edition,CCMD - 2), and whose HAMILTON depression scale (HAMD, 21 items) were equal or more than 18. They were randomly divided into two groups, the observed group (n = 36) and the control group (n = 41). The observed group was treated with amitripty-line and Chinese medicine decoction. The control group treated with PROZAC 20. HAND scale was done after 6 weeks treatment and evaluated the clinical curative effect. Results The observed group had similar therapeutic effectiveness and side effect like the control group. The effective rates were 80. 53% and 78.05% respectively, but the effect of the observed group appeared earlier, none of them stopped taking medicine because of severe side effect. Conclusions It is effective, economic and safe to treat depressive neurosis with combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine, possessing broad clinical application prospect.
