中西医结合治疗肾病综合征临床疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例病例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均予西医常规疗法,治疗组同时加用中药滋阴解毒方。两组疗程均为4周,观察临床疗效、激素副作用及治疗前后24h尿蛋白、A/G、TG、CHO、血皮质醇的变化情况。结果:治疗组和对照组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组激素副作用发生率低(P<0.05);两组治疗后24h尿蛋白有显著差异(P<0.01);皮质醇治疗后两组有显著差异(P<0.01),对照组治疗后较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗肾病综合征可以提高临床疗效,减轻激素的副作用,减轻尿蛋白,调整皮质醇水平。

Clinical Observation on Nephrotic Syndrome Treated with Integrated Traditional Chineses and Western Medicine

Objective：To study the clinical effects of the therapy with integrated traditional Chineses and western medicine on nephrotic syndrome （NS）.Methods： 60 patients suffered from NS were divided into two groups randomly, treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and with western medicine respectively.The levels of patients＇urine protein of 24 hours,A/G, TG,CHO and Cortisol were measured by automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results：Curative effect in curative group is higher than control group （P 〈0.01）,side effect and complication of hormone are low in the curative group （P 〈0.05）.After treatment there are significant difference between curative and control group for 24 hours urinary protein（P 〈0.01）.There are significant difference in control group（P 〈0. 01） for cortisol.Conclusions：The therapy with integrated traditional Chineses and western medicine can ease complication and abate urinary protein,regulate cortisol level during large does hormone cured nephrotic syndrome, increase the curative effects,which is valuable in clinical application.
