| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白三烯调节剂(LTRA)及大剂量IVIG治疗肾病综合征(NS)并喘息性疾病患儿的疗效。方法收集1998年1月-2007年9月在本院儿科住院的142例NS并喘息性疾病患儿的临床资料,分析其治疗方法及转归等情况。按治疗方法不同分为4组,A组:长效β2受体激动剂(LABA)+吸入型糖皮质激素(ICS)+短效β2受体激动剂(SABA);B组:LABA+ICS+SABA+LTRA;C组:LABA+ICS+SABA+大剂量IVIG;D组:LABA+ICS+SABA+LTRA+大剂量IVIG。以A组为对照组进行比较。应用SPSS13.0软件对各组疗效进行分析。结果A组咳嗽缓解时间为8.0(5.0～11.0)d,喘息缓解时间为6.0(3.0～8.0)d;B组咳嗽缓解时间为4.5(1.0～10.0)d,喘息缓解时间为2.5(1.0～4.0)d,二组比较B组症状缓解时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005,0.003);C组咳嗽缓解时间为4.0(2.0～7.0)d,喘息缓解时间为2.0(1.0～8.0)d,与A组比较症状缓解时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001,0.000);D组咳嗽缓解时间为4.0(1....
