我院125例药品不良反应报告分析

目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及一般规律。方法:对我院2010年1月-2012年4月上报的125份ADR报告进行回顾性分类统计、分析。结果:静脉给药途径引发的ADR最多,有106例(占84.80%);上报ADR报告的科室分布存在较大差异,报告最多的是大内科系统,其次是儿科门诊;大部分ADR报告是由药师督报和完善的。抗菌药物的ADR发生率最高,有73例(占58.40%),其次为中药制剂、消化系统用药、心血管系统用药等。抗菌药物中头孢菌素类是引发ADR数量最多的一类,喹诺酮类次之,左氧氟沙星是引发ADR数量最多的单一品种(21例,占28.77%)。ADR的临床表现以皮疹、瘙痒等皮肤及其附件损害最常见,有84例(占67.20%)。新的和严重的ADR不多,无后遗症和死亡病例。ADR报告总数偏少,原始报告质量较差,可能有部分ADR病例漏报。结论:应加强ADR的监测、报告工作,提高原始报告质量,采取有效措施杜绝漏报。

Analysis of 125 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction Reports in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristic and general rule of ADR cases in our hospital.METHODS:125 ADR in our hospital during Jan.2010-Apr.2012 were analyzed statistically and classified retrospectively.RESULTS:Most ADR were caused by intravenous administration in 106 cases(84.80%).There were great differences among departments who reported ADR,and internal medicine department reported the most ADR cases,followed by?pediatrics department.Most of the ADR reports are supervised,reported and perfected by the pharmacist.ADR cases were mostly caused by antibacterials,which had 73 cases(58.40%),followed by TCM preparation,drugs for digestive system medication and drugs for cardiovascular system.Among ADR-inducing antibacterials,cephalosporin causes the most ADR,followed by quinolones.Levofloxacin caused most ADR among single variety(21 cases,28.77%).Clinical manifestations of ADR were mostly skin rash,skin itches and lesion of skin and its appendents(84 cases,67.20%).There were not much new and severe ADR,and no sequela and deaths.The total quantity of ADR reports was few,and the quality of original report was poor.It was likely that a part of ADR case failed to report.CONCLUSION:We should strengthen ADR monitoring and report,improve the quality of the original report and take measures to avoid failing to report.
