摘    要:采用聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)检测了36例重型肝炎患者血清中乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)和丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的复制状况,发现较普遍存在HBV复制,阳性率高达78%;HCV复制亦较活跃,为61%。提示病毒因素仍然是引起肝衰竭的重要原因。临床资料表明,同时感染两种病毒的重肝患者(41%)预后较差,HBV引起的肝坏死较HCV引起的更为严重,两者在体内复制有互相抑制作用,但合并感染可造成肝脏的持续损伤。

Abstract:By the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method,the replication status of HBV and HCV were determined in 36 patients with hepatic failure.The positive rates of HBV PCR and HCV PCR were 78%,and 61%,respectively,which suggested that viral replications may play an important role in hepatic failure.The clinical data showed that fulminant patients coinfected with HBV and HCV had poor prognosis.The liver necroses caused by HCV were more severe than those caused by HBV alone.The replications of various viruses in vivo suppressed each other,but coinfection could aggravate the damage to the liver cells.
