医学检验成人教育课程体系建构

摘    要:目的:探讨医学检验成人教育课程体系建构的程序。方法:根据专业特点和职业教育教学规律,列举课程并设计调查表格,由行业专家、行业从业人员、学员共同选择具体课程,经统计处理后筛选出相应课程组成成人教育课程门类体系。结果:医学检验三年制成人教学可开设3门次公共课、8门次或9门次专业基础课、10门次次专业课、6门次次选修课。专科和本科在具体的课程设置上不同。结论:成人教育应充分考虑成人学员在课程设置中的自主性、针对性,尊重学员的职业经验,综和业专家、行业从业人员、成人教育学员的意见筛选课程,合理建构成人教育课程门类体系。
