2000-2009年天津市塘沽居民恶性肿瘤死亡分析

目的了解2000—2009年天津市塘沽居民恶性肿瘤死亡病因和死亡率变化趋势。方法死亡资料来源于天津市塘沽疾病预防控制中心2000—2009年死亡原因年报表,将死因按照ICD-10编码,计算10年间恶性肿瘤的死亡率、标化死亡率、死因构成和死因顺位。结果 2000—2009年塘沽恶性肿瘤平均死亡率为153.34/10万,标化死亡率为107.45/10万。男性粗死亡率是女性的1.26倍,差别有统计学意义（χ2=93.83,P〈0.01）。居前5位的恶性肿瘤分别是肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、肠癌、食管癌,占全部恶性肿瘤死亡人数的72.70%。肠癌死亡率上升较明显,2009年与2000年比较,男性上升了40.91%,女性上升了65.10%;肺癌死率一直居恶性肿瘤死亡首位,平均死亡率为59.00/10万,占全部恶性肿瘤死亡人数的38.48%。结论 10年间恶性肿瘤始终是塘沽居民首位死因,男性恶性肿瘤死亡率高于女性。肺癌位于恶性肿瘤死亡的首位,肠癌死亡率上升较明显。

Analysis of Cancer Mortality 2000-2009 in Tianjin Tanggu

Objective To understand distribution and trends of Cancer mortality during year 2000 to 2009 in Tanggu of Tianjin. Methods Cancer mortality information derived from the annual report of death cause during ten years in Tanggu CDC was collected and analyzed for the mortality, the standardized mortality, the constitute of death causes and the ranks of the death causes. Results During 2000-2009 in Tanggu, the average mortality rate was 153.34/100 000, the standardized mortality rate was 107.45/100 000. The crude death rate of male was as 1.26 times as the female’s, the difference was statistically significant （χ2=93.83, P0.01）. The top five of the malignant tumors were lung cancer, liver cancer, stomach cancer, colon cancer, esophageal cancer, accounting for 72.70% of all malignant cancer deaths. Colorectal cancer mortality rates significantly increased to 40.91% in male and 65.10% in female during this decade. The death rate of lung cancer had been ranking the first and the average mortality rate was 59.00/100 000 and was 38.48% of the total cancer death. Conclusion During the decade of 2000 to 2009, the death of malignant cancer was always the first death cause of Tanggu’s residents; the cancer death rate was higher in male than in female. Lung cancer death ranked the first and colorectal cancer mortality rates increased obviously.
