| 摘 要： | 目的了解30周龄以上早产儿甲状腺功能状态,并探讨其临床意义。方法选取2008年8月至2010年6月出生的42例胎龄为33～36周的早产儿（早产儿组）及15例足月健康适龄儿,采集静脉血,分离血清,运用电化学发光法行甲状腺激素、甲状腺球蛋白及其相关抗体的测定,包括TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4、TSH、Tg、Tg-Ab。结果早产儿组血清TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4、Tg、Tg-Ab明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）;2组间血清TSH浓度差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论由于受多种因素的影响,30周龄以上早产儿甲状腺功能存在暂时性低下现象,应当及时给予合理的甲状腺素替代治疗,治疗的剂量和疗程需要进一步的研究探讨。 |
