| 摘 要： | 泌尿道感染（Urinarytractinfections，UTIs）是世界范围内严重的公共卫生问题。尿道致病性大肠杆菌（UropathogenicEscherichiacoli，UPEC）是引发UTIs的首要致病菌。I型菌毛是UPEC重要的毒力因子，在UPEC中分布广泛，介导其在泌尿道的粘附、侵入和定植。该文对UPECI型菌毛的结构、装配和毒力机制进行综述。

| Abstract: | Urinary tract infections are serious public health problem worldwide.Strains of uropathogenic Escherichia coli(UPEC)are the primary cause of urinary tract infections.Type 1 pilus of UPEC is a very important virulence factor,widely distributed in UPEC,and mediates its adhesion,invasion and colonization in the urinary tract.The structure,assembly and virulence mechanism of type 1 pilus were reviewed in this paper. |
