体外受精-胚胎移植治疗前患者的心理压力及影响因素分析

目的了解体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）接受者治疗前的心理压力状况，并探讨影响心理压力的相关因素。方法随机抽取准备在我院生殖中心行IVF-ET治疗的115例不育患者为研究对象，采用一般情况调查表（GSIS）、中文版知觉压力量表（CPSS）、艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）和生活事件量表（LES）进行调查及相关分析。结果IVF-ET治疗前患者CPSS量表分为（26．47±5．12），高于中国女性常模（24．68士5．61），差异有显著性（t=3．01，P〈0．01）。CPSS量表分与年龄、EPQ-N、EPQ-P、LES家庭生活事件、LES社交及其他事件呈正相关（P均〈0．01），与兴趣爱好、社会支持和经济状况呈负相关（P均〈0．01）。多元逐步回归分析显示，年龄、兴趣爱好、EPQ-N、LES家庭生活事件、社会支持和经济状况等变量与IVF前心理压力密切相关。结论准备接受IVF-ET治疗的患者存在明显的心理压力，年龄、兴趣爱好、性格、家庭生活事件、社会支持和经济状况等因素对其心理压力状态影响较大。

A study of psychological stress and its influencing factors in the patients before in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer

Objective. To analyze the psychological stress status of the patients before in vitro embryo transfer （IVF-ET）, and explore the related factors of the psychological stress. Methods： The General Status Invested Score （GSIS）, Chinese Perceived Stress fertilization and Scale （CPSS）, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ） and Life Event Scale （LES） were used to test 115 patients before the IVF-ET treatment. The results were processed by a correlation analysis. Results. The CPSS scores （26. 47 ± 5. 12） of patients were significantly higher than norm scores （24.68±5.61） （P〈0.01）. There were significantly positive correlations between the score of CPSS and the age, EPQ-N, EPQ-P, familyrs event factor scores of LES, social intercourse and other event factor scores of LES （P〈0.01）. The significant negative correlations were found between the score of CPSS and the hobbies, social support, economic condition （P〈0.01）. Regression analysis showed that the stress correlated significanlly with the age, hobbies, family history, EPQ-N, family＇s event factor scores of LES, social support, and economic condition. Conclusions. The patient preparing to accept the treatment of IVF-ET showed obvious psychological stress. The stress correlated with the age, hobbies, character, familyt s event factor, and economic condition.
