我国医生戒烟服务能力现状及其影响因素

目的了解我国医生戒烟服务能力的现状及其影响因素。方法 2008年4—8月在全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)和新疆生产建设兵团共32个项目地区96个项目点,采用问卷调查的方法对医院门诊和病房的一线医生进行调查,收集我国医生戒烟服务能力的相关情况。结果 45.2%的医生表示在接诊病人时经常或总是询问病人的吸烟情况,94.8%在知道病人吸烟时会建议病人戒烟,给病人使用过戒烟药物的医生仅有2.4%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,医生所在城市、工作医院级别、所在科室、性别、学历、吸烟状况以及烟草危害相关知识的知晓程度与其是否主动提供戒烟建议有关(P0.05)。结论我国医生对烟草危害的重视程度不够,控烟意识不强,戒烟服务能力不足。

Study on Abilities of Smoking Cessation Services and its Associated Factors among Chinese Physicians

Objective To understand the abilities of providing smoking cessation services among Chinese physicians and the associated factors. Methods The study was conducted in all the 31 provinces （autonomous region, municipality） and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps form Apr 2008 to Aug 2008.96 sites of different levels （province, city, and county） were selected as our project fields. Simple random sampling was used to sample health facilities, and then physicians were also chosen as our subjects by simple random sampling. Results Among the physicians, 45.2% reported that they usually or ofienly asked patients about the smoking conditions. 94.8% of the physicians would provide smoking cessation suggestion to the smoking patients, only 2.4% provided smoking cessation medication to patients. The result of Logistic regression showed that factors associated with actively providing smoking cessation advices included city, the level of hospital and department that the physician working at, as well as the gender, their edueation, smoking conditions and the knowledge about tobacco harms. Conclusion The physicians＇ consciousness of controlling smoking are absent and the capabilities of providing smoking cessation services need to be improved.
