天津市大中学校学生自杀倾向的横断面调查

目的了解天津市大中学校学生自杀相关行为的流行现状,为有关部门制定预防措施提供科学依据。方法于2008年5月采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法抽取天津市51所学校,组织10758名学生集体匿名自填"中国城市青少年健康相关行为调查问卷"。结果女生的自杀意念和自杀计划报告率(分别为17.7%,6.2%)高于男生(分别为11.6%,3.9%),差别有统计学意义(P0.05),自杀未遂报告率性别差别无统计学意义(男生1.8%,女生2.0%)。重点初中的自杀意念报告率最高(19.2%)。重组家庭的学生自杀意念报告率最高(32.3%)。结论自杀倾向受多方面因素(性别、学校类型、家庭等)的影响。需建立长期监测机制,对青少年加强教育,减少其自杀行为的发生。

Cross-sectional Survey on Suicidal Tendency of College and Middle School Students in Tianjin

Objective To know the prevalence status of suicide related actions in different college and middle school students in Tianjin. Methods Using a multi-stage random cluster sampling method, 10 758 students from 51 schools and colleges were selected in May 2008 and investigated with anonymous seff-administered questionnaire of ＂China＇s urban youth health-related behavior questionnaire＂. Results The prevalence of suicide idea was 11.6% in boys and 17.7% in girls; suicide plan was 3.9% in boys and 6.2% in girls （P〈0.05）. The difference of reporting rates of suicide attempt between boys （1.8%） and girls （2.0%） were no significant. The reporting rate of suicide idea in key junior high schools was the highest （19.2%）. The reporting rate of suicide idea of students in restructuring families was the highest （32.3%）. Conclusions Many factors （such as gender, school level, family, etc ）impact suicide actions, Long-term monitoring mechanism is needed to set up to strengthen education for young people and to reduce the incidence of suicidal behavior.
