天津市区成人吸烟状况流行病学调查

目的了解天津市区成人吸烟现状,为制定控烟措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,于2008—2009年对天津市内6区年龄在18岁及以上常住居民进行吸烟相关行为的问卷调查。结果本次共调查23642人,男性11485人,女性12157人,全人群总吸烟率、现吸烟率和重度吸烟率分别为31.0%,26.8%和12.9%,标化率分别为28.8%,26.3%和12.0%。男性总吸烟率高于女性(男性为55.6%,标化率为53.6%,女性为7.8%,标化率为5.1%)。调查人群开始吸烟的年龄为(21.63±6.56)岁;吸烟者平均每天吸(15.26±9.82)支;戒烟率为13.6%。结论吸烟是天津市面临的一个严重危害居民健康的公共卫生问题,应采取有效控烟措施,减少烟草使用带来的疾病负担。

Epidemiological Survey on Smoking Situation for Adults in Tianjin

Objective To describe the smoking status among urban residents aged 18 and over in Tianjin City. Methods A community-based survey on tobacco use was carried out in 6 urban districts of Tianjin from 2008 to 2009, using stratified multi- stage cluster sampling method. Individuals aged 18 and over were investigated with questionnaire. Results Total smoking rate, current smoking rate, regular smoking rate and heavy smoking rate from 23 642 urban adults population were 31.0%, 26.8% and 12.9%, respectively and standardized rates were 28.8%, 26.3% and 12.0%, respectively. Total smoking rate was higher in male （55.6%, standardized rate 53.6%） than those in female （7.8%, standardized rate 5.1%）. The average age of initial tobacco use was 21.63 ±6.56 years old. The average cigarettes consumption was 15.26 ±9.82 per smoker per day. Current quit smoking rate was 13.6%. Conclusion The cigarette smoking was quite common in urban residents of Tianjin. Effective and sustainable intervention measures should be adopted to reduce disease burden due to tobacco.
