同伴教育对性服务工作者艾滋病防治知识、行为的干预效果分析

目的:了解同伴教育对性服务工作者艾滋病防治知识及行为的干预效果。方法:在深圳市龙岗区南湾街道辖区内28家娱乐场所随机抽取200名性服务工作者进行艾滋病相关知识、行为基线调查,选取其中具有一定号召力的性服务工作者作为同伴教育者,对其进行培训,由她们对其他性服务工作者进行同伴教育,在项目实施10个月后进行终末调查。结果:接受干预后,调查对象的艾滋病相关知识总知晓率从干预前的58.5%提高到干预后的83.0%(P<0.05);在最近一次性活动中,安全套的使用率由干预前的48.5%提高到干预后的74.0%(P<0.05);出现生殖道不适症状的比率由干预前的68.0%下降到干预后的44.5%(P<0.05)。结论:在性服务工作者中进行同伴教育效果显著,值得推广。

Effect of peer education on knowledge and behaviour of AIDS prevention among female sex workers

Objective：To evaluate the effect of peer education on the knowledge and behaviour of AIDS prevention among female sex workers（FSWs）.Methods：A total of 200 FSWs were sampled from 28 public places of entertainment in Longgang District of Shenzhen.A baseline survey on the knowledge and behaviour of AIDS prevention was conducted.The FSWs with a certain appeal in these places were recruited as peer educators.The peer educators were trained and the peer education was performed.The assessment was conducted 10 months afterthe intervention.Results：After the education,the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge for FSWs increased from 58.5% to 83.0%（P〈0.05）.In the latest commercial sex trade,the proportion of condom use increased from 48.5% to 74.0%（P〈0.05）.The incidence of genital tract symptoms decreased from 68.0% to 44.5%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of peer education is remarkable,and the method should be used widely.
