女性2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者骨密度多因素分析

目的探讨女性2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并代谢综合征(MS)患者腰椎骨密度(BMD)的影响因素。方法 227例女性T2DM患者根据有无MS分组,分析两组腰椎BMD的变化及其影响因素。结果与无MS的女性T2DM患者相比,合并MS的女性T2DM患者BMD显著增高,t=2.033,P0.05;BMD与体质量、体质指数(BMI)呈正相关(r=0.191,P0.01;r=0.151,P0.05),与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.211,P0.01);多元逐步回归分析显示,年龄、体质量为影响腰椎BMD的独立相关因素(P0.01;P0.05)。结论女性T2DM合并MS患者的BMD及骨折发生的风险与肥胖及增龄有密切的相关性,绝对体质量对患者骨量存在一定的保护作用。

Analysis of the Related Factors of Bone Mineral Density in Female Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Complicated Mmetabolic Syndrome

Objective To analyze the relevant influential factors for L2-4 bone mineral density（BMD） in female patients with type 2 diabetes complicated metabolic syndrome.Methods 227 female patients with type 2 diabetes were grouped according to the metabolic syndrom.The changes of L2-4 BMD and their risk factors were analyzed.Results BMD in MS group was higher than that in non-MS group（0.81±0.13 vs 0.78±0.12,P〈0.05）.BMD was positively correlated with BMI and body weight（r=0.151,P 0.05;r=0.191,P〈0.01）.BMD was negatively correlated with age（r=-0.211,P〈0.01）.The multiple stepwise regression analysis demonstrated that BMD was strongly correlated with body weight and age.Conclusion Bone mineral density and fracture risk in female patients with type 2 diabetes complicated metabolic syndrome were correlated with obesity and age.Weight may be an important protective factor.
