| 摘 要： | 目的：专科医师规范化培训自开展以来得到了各医院的高度重视并取得了一定的效果，调查旨在研究广东省医学研究生对专科医师培训的了解程度以及其影响因素，以便于提升培训工作绩效。方法：对312个样本进行问卷调查并用SAS系统进行数据分析。结果：调查显示，学生对培训工作的了解程度整体有所提高，但仍处于较低的水平。医学硕士研究生对专科医师培训的了解程度和毕业后的地域选择是学生毕业后选择参加培训、读博或直接就业的重要因素。结论：通过加强培训基地的建设、提高对毕业后医学教育意义的认识、加强社会及舆论参与，增强培训工作的宣传引导，促进毕业后医学教育的良性发展，建立有发展后劲的医师的育人机制。
