高频彩超在诊断乳腺肿块中的应用及其临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在乳腺肿块的诊断及鉴别诊断巾的作用。方法 通过对乳腺肿块的区位、二维图像特点和彩色血流动力学分析,进行超声诊断,与近红外、钼靶结果相比照并与手术病理结果相对照。结果 高频彩色多普勒超声在乳腺良、恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断符合率为94.5%,高于近红外的79%、钼靶84%;并对恶性肿瘤的腋下淋巴结转移诊断的敏感性极高。结论高频彩超不仅对乳腺肿块病变诊断符合率很高,而且对其继发病变和评价治疗效果均具有极重要作用.是区别乳腺肿块病变性质的理想方法之一。

Abstract:Objective Study to evaluate the clinical application of high frequency and colour doppler ultrasound to the diagnosis and discriminate thy diagnosis of breast masses. Methods Pass to study the share of to area for breast masses,use two-dimensional ultrasonographic imaging and colour doppler flow imaging to diagnosis breast masses,compares to with diagnosis in near infrared ray andthe molybdenum palladium by comparison with pathology. Results The results showed that the diagnostic accuracy rat was 94.5%, higher than 79% of in near infrared ray and 84% of in molybdenum palladium;and transfer the very good manifestation for the lymphoid in armpit. Conclusion High frequency and colour doppler ultrasound not only matches the rate to diagnosis of the breast masses very high, but also is super as to it's changes with evaluates to cure the result to all has the very important function after the outbreak, is to diagnose a patient the one of the ideal methods in breast masses.
